22-year-old actress Alexis Knapp just sent out the first foto of her baby girl -- Ryan Phillippe's alleged daughter.

Though Phillippe (left) never publicly announced that he was the father, he did accompany Knapp to doctor's appointments and was at the hospital on July 6 for the birth of the little girl -- named Kailani.

Kailani has recently arrived naturally at Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA on July 1 at 1:45 p.m. weighing 8lbs.

Though the little lady has no father listed on her birth certificate, her full name declares Phillippe -- Kailani Merizalde Phillippe Knapp.
