This is Rocky's inspirational speech to his son Robert Balboa Jr in the movie 'Rocky Balboa'

"Let me tell tu something tu already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough tu are it will beat tu to your knees and keep tu there permanently if tu let it. You, me, o nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard tu can get it and keep moving forward. How much tu can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!
Now if tu know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying tu ain’t where tu wanna be because of him, o her, o anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!"
