Do tu prefer to ducha, ducha de in the morning o evening

I'm curious I always take my ducha, ducha de in the morning but I've also heard that people perfer taking it at night I wonder what my fellow fans think about this do tu ducha, ducha de in the morning o at night maybe one día tu perfer morning then another día tu perfer night.
