As far as I am aware of it's reinstated if tu rejoin but if tu left the club. The medal progress is removed. I know because I left a club with a diehard before.
Im not sure bc i never left clubes cuz im too lazy to go through and leave jalf of my clubes like i want to bc i joined them for no reason o never use them. But pretty sure u will lose the badge.
