Is talking behind other persons/individuals' backs basically considered a big no-no overall?

Are tu asking only because of the consequences that might be brought if tu get find out o you're questioning the morality of those actions as well regardless of the outcome?
I believe it depends. Personally, if I happen to have an issue with people and talk about it with third parties, that means I have no problem saying it to the their faces as well. Otherwise, I won't bring it up at all as I don't see the need. Pretty much, it is all about the intent. What exactly are tu saying behind someone's back? First of all, did tu already attempted to talk to him/her and found it pointless? Are tu worried about dicho person and doing it because tu care? Are tu that afraid to confront him/her whether that fear of yours has basis o not? Is it because tu want to harm that person por creating unnecessary drama? When it comes to the last one, yes, it is considered a big no-no and shows a pretty negative side to your Character. Besides, if you're too caught up with others you'll never mover adelante, hacia adelante yourself !!!!

Its because doing so can easily create false rumors and/or perpetuate an issue to be something much bigger than what it originally was when it could have easily been cut short por talking to the person directly / being honest.

Plus it makes tu super fake and, as tu said, they are likely going to find out sooner o later.

I think it depends; if someone dicho something really rude to tu I think tu have the right to go inicial and vent about it to someone else. But when the gossip starts then there's a problem o if the person did literally nothing to you.

Of course I prefer to either talk if out with the person o say it to their face. If not I usually just keep it to myself.

As far as it getting back to the person, let me tell tu a thing; this asshole took an articulo of mine from this site and trash talked it on a website I never even heard of. I found that shit and tu better believe I ripped that person a new one in a response articulo and then linked them to it.

Case por case thing honestly. Generally speaking if tu do that tu can seem fake but there are sometimes it's valid and/or useful for the situation. But being honest with tu if there's a shithead. I am not going to care if I talk behind them o in front of them. Hell I'll talk on the side of them just to be funny. Unless I know doing such will have an effect I do not want. I wouldn't care in reference to a shithead. Otherwise if you're talking behind someone's back to be a shithead for no other reason than just being a shithead it is definitely a problem.
