Sorry, I need to vent...

So I just decided to get netflix and as tu know they give tu a mes free before charging you. So I puñetazo, ponche in my info and it says my security code "appears to be invalid" even though it's definitely without a doubt the security code on the card. A few segundos later I get a text message saying that it charged me 8.79. So I go on netflix and it appeared that everything is fine. I was annoyed that they didn't give me a free mes but I was gonna let it go and enjoy my netflix. But no. I go to a misceláneo movie and click on it and it says due to something wrong with my payment info I can't watch it. So I go on my account AGAIN and type in my info and it still says something wrong. I'm annoyed, but then I get ANOTHER text message that says it charged me AGAIN!!! I was so mad I think my soul left my body. So not only did I not get my free month, but it charged me TWICE and I still can't watch anything. I'm gonna get it worked out, but I'm so pissed right now.

I see. That's pretty unfortunate. Well, since the issue can be worked out that's all that matters !!!!

I had a similar thing once, I had to change my payment details and it says it was invalid and I couldn't watch things etc due to a failed payment, then about 10 minutos later I get an correo electrónico saying my payment was successful and all was fine.

Maybe their emails get messed up at times o their payment processes are slow, but hopefully tu get it resolved and they give tu the siguiente 2 months free o a refund o something. =3
