Well, to actually ANSWER the question, probably dog o cat. I know that makes me sound like a huge monster, but tu can't knock it till tu try it. I'd at least like to know how they taste before going "Omg the Japanese are literal monsters, they eat CATS."
But other than that, probably duck, venison, o goose.

I really don't want to try others like deer o rabbits and stuff but if I had to choose one it would be duck.
