I would wonder how i got pregnant and try to get off the island.

Give birth to it, eat it, proceed to get off the island.
If I kept the baby, I know there's gonna be some woman somewhere that would charge me child support even though I gave birth to it.

Figure out I was alien and call my mother-ship.
