how afe is fat removal surgery im kinda overweight & my gut is a lil big & i need help i tried exersisin & i c no results & i have kinda a big appetite & im willin 2 exercise constantly if it means ill look skinny & fit rly rly RLY cute clothes & jeans & not suck in my gut uncomfortably im 13 & i rly want u 2 help me PLZZZZZ

Stopping eating will only make it worse. You'll lose your muscle, not the fat. If tu want to lose weight (which I really don't think tu need to) then trying eating frutas and exercising regularly.

Try making time for exercise an hora each day, start off with easy stuff then maybe start doing más challenging exersices. Fruits and veggies for snacks always! >.<
I too am trying to lose a bit of belly fat and one of the things i have changed in my diet is switching out chocolate and potato chip snacks for apples and maní, cacahuete mantequilla o sometimes i just eat like a bowl of strawberries o.o
Also stay away from soda ~

Firstly, you're young, tu have the advantage of having a faster metabolism than those 10+ years older than tu and in the same boat.

NO to surgery. tu do realise that if tu don't correct eating/exercise habits that tu will gain the weight back after surgery.

Do it the natural way. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day. At least 30min exercise a day. And if tu feel hungry, just drink water and chew gum. It helps :P

People generally put on weight before growing taller.

What type of comida do tu eat? tu should try to eat a variety of food, but done completely cut out the sweet stuff. tu need a balance. And if tu can't swim o ride a bike, how about joining a sports team at school o going for a run?
