I need help with a Technical thing on Fanpop......props.....

Okay so I created a competition Forum....and there are rounds, prizes, winners, and a voting process:

and if tu have noticed if I wanted to mostrar tu the link to it it was very long like: wgheiuw4y63wykjthegtyy785yo and I would like it to be simple like: vote. click on it and it brings tu where I want tu to!!!

Do tu see how it's laid out it's just "Vote" click on it and it get's tu there!!

How do tu do that!!!!!! Hopefully tu understand what I'm on about!!!!
