Not really. She needs to be less skinny (especially around the waist) and her face needs to be rounded at the chin/jaw area.Other than that, I think it's pretty good, but I am wondering why a 13 año old would wear a dress like that.

Personally, I think she actually looks older.
I mean she COULD be, age is is a hard thing sometimes. Sometimes the only real way to tell is due to clothing o hairstyle (a bow maybe) o a más rounded face. I think her clothes look más mature so that is something too that makes her seem a bit más mature.

If tu want to make it look más realistic don't draw the eyes pinting up so much
