I...get it......its about not careing and that your soo foucused on your self your touch with reality fades and while tu sit there greedly eating away your troubels like nothing someone is suffering and tu just watch them and dont help them and while they slowly get más and más problems tu continue to watch beginging to regret not helping them and then while there laying in thehospital dieing tu sit there wondering what went wrong untill they tell tu "you had a choise to help me" MEANING HELP THOSE AROUND tu WHO ARE SUFFERING DONT GET WOUND UP IN YOUR SELF THINK OF OTHERS
