help ,,and ....just help if u know how

i want to log in to my facebook account but when i enter my correo electrónico and contraseña it shows a message ..verify your account from phone ,,and for that asks for phone number ,i dont want to verify from phone at all,,,and also when i enter the phone number it doesnt send the confirmation code at all.......and i cant skip that and just log in ..i really need to go to my account ,,help please
