i got a pregunta

is my webcam hacked? i mean,my computer makes that sound when tu connect something to it even though
i haven't connect anything to it and when i go check on"my computer"it say there is a video usb device connected,and sometimes it's not there :/
i am so worried,if it's hacked,can someone tell me how to stop it? :(
