What would happen if a vampire made a pregnant woman into a vampire ?

The baby would pop out as Chuck Norris.

I assume the baby would die, unless the infection gets into the plascenta. In that case, the baby would either be trapped forever, o it would find some way out. If it's frozen in time, it's probably best for it to be trapped forever.

unicornios would fall from the sky carrying baskets full of fluffy kittens.
