Relax, violence never solves anything. I have 3 younger brothers, so I kinda know where you're getting at. The worst thing tu could do is hurt him, that'll do nothing for tu and will get tu in trouble. Best thing for tu to do is just to relax, and maybe talk to him about boundaries.

First off: relax. Typing while angry leads to misspelling, and I'm a grammar nerd. XD

Next, try to have a talk with your brother. Rather than saying, "Knock it off and leave me alone," set your brother down and have a chat about privacy and space. If he is decent, he'll know to stop. If not, simply tell your mother. While it may seem like tattling, it's más reasonable to do so. Parents are there to help their children when they are in tight situations.

Try talking to your mom about it. I tell my little brother to stop what he's doing, if he doesn't I tell my mom, and if she doesn't do anything, THEN I resort to violence! But then again, my brother is 9 so a bit of a difference in attitude there, but not much :P

My sister does the exact same thing! I got back from my trip from Canada, and then I found my whole room messed up. I asked if she did it and she was all like "LOL yeah.". I suggest tu talk to him and tell him if he does it, you'll do something like take away something of his. If he keeps doing it, then tell your parents.
