Not sure what the laws are. Some animales have iffy laws for being kept. A baby deer came up on my neighbors porch because it's mother died so they tried to get a license to keep it, they couldn't because apparently tu have to BUY a deer to have a license. WTF, it was a helpless baby who found them, they had to let it go due to the stupid laws. Just saying there might be some laws surrounding keeping a peacock.
