I don't understand his logic

So i was in PE today stretching

the boy ahead of me who i like talking to asked "Can tu lick my hand? Its hot"

I dicho "What? No way"

He then dicho "Can tu lick your finger and wet it on my hand?"

I dicho "No"

Then he asked "Do tu hate me?"

Didn't understand his logic there.
