Would a baby know the word "Complacency"?

I don't think so.

But then again, a lot of people are saying that pokemon is for babys, and the word complaceny is used in it, I know a baby can practically understand no words, until they grow just a little bit older.

Yeah, but they also have to teach them all the words in it's definition, all the words in thoses definitions, and so on...
