What should I do about being lonely?

I am in seventh grade, to start out. I am also in band, but since I am 'musically gifted' I was moved to an 8th grade class for band. Since I have this class I have to have 8th grade lunch to fit the school's schedule, and I am pretty lonely at lunch. There are other seventh graders there but believe it o not most of the 'popular' kids are in band. (80% of the school is). So I have been sitting in the same spot for lunch all año where I was content being alone but now some boys took my spot and when I try to sit somewhere else the people there shoo me away. I know I didn't own that spot but neither did they. Any advice?

Well, I know how strange it can be to be moved to another class. But the first impression is pretty important too. My consejos is just go talk to them, it doesn't even have to be during lunch, why not during class? Like when tu sit close to a bunch of people that tu think would be nice, just introduce urself and say hi, talk for a while and ask if tu can registrarse them. But I think the most important thing is to not to feel like a seventh grader in an eight grade class. And... what about your band mates?
