do tu think its ok to drink at 16 ?

I'm not a big supporter of drinking at all, but when it comes to drinking under the legal age, I'm against it. 16 is really young to be drinking - it can mess up your body's developpement at such an age, and not to mention the risks if tu ever get drunk. The governement has put a law for legal drinking age there for a reason. There are just so many bad things that could happen, it's a bad idea.

i'm 15 and i drink sometimes, my dad let me and my cousin who's 18 get wasted one night.

Days before I turned sixteen, I had my first drink. It wasn't a full glass, let alone bottle. Just a couple sips, and I hated it. xP
Then some weeks later, I was walking through my neighborhood and found a bottle with a little bit of alcohol left. So I drank the rest of it. Again, awful.
I think it's gonna take some time in order for me to figure out the purpose of this shit.
But anyways, to answer your question...

No. I mean, I'm against drinking in general, but I don't think it's okay for people who are underage to drink since I've heard that because they're not fully grown, the alcohol can hurt their development and such. Well depends , if tu ask if it's okay to have one drink at some one's birthday o for an occasion like ONE drink(a glass of champagne) I say it's okay.
Then again my only regret ever is getting drunk at 14 in a school trip(it was ugly , i threw up , luckly i didn't get in to a coma , but that's a long story)... I myself drink very rare alcohool since then(almost 2 years) , maybe a glass of champagne but that's it.
As for tu , if tu really want to try alcohool no one can stop tu but just be careful not to drink to much ...

I have been forced many a time por certain relatives at various occassions eg. Christmas, Easter, funerals, weddings etc. to drink. Especially since my entire family is Russian, they make a big deal about it if tu don't have atleast one vodka shot. :P

tu don't need to drink alcohol there are whines , drugs,but tu don't need them ,you need to have faith ,you need to make some exercises when tu feel bad ,everyday tu need to see the sunlight ,you need to be patient más ,more, Just write down your problems in some paper ,and in the other side write down the solutions ,face your problems like tu are in challenge with them!!! so I think no way

I drink every now and then and I'm 13. Call me stupid o tell me not too but I don't care. I don't see much in my future, everythings f*cked so far so I just live in the know and if it means making a few mistakes then I'm willing to take it.

I'm responsable and I have permission from adults so yes, If your responsible then I don't see the problem. I'm not gonna tell tu not too because I don't want to me a hypocrite.

I started drinking alcohol when i was 13 years old, then when i was 15-16 it was sort of out of hand and that led me doing other sort of illegal things. I don't drink as much now, mostly just the weekends, i rarely get drunk at all anyway.

It's less appealing to me now that i'm older. It''s fine every one in a while.

Well, it may be ok to have a drink o two but not to get stone drunk so that tu can't walk and you're falling down o tu have to end up getting your guts pumped...

Not at all, teenage brains are still developing they don't need that. My first drink was a cerveza bottle and I just didn't like it and I never picked up a drink since then. Well, sometimes I drink a little bit at parties. But then I stopped because I could get arrested....

Why would tu want to drink? 1)Under aged drinking is against the law. 2) That stuff tastes like liquid shit. 3) Alcohol kills your brain cells and it turns tu into a clumsy idiot.

and if u drink cerveza u dont get that drunk. cerveza doesnt get u drunk easily. u have to drink like 10 beers to get drunk. but stuff like tequila and wine do.

well, i know a lot of fifteen and unders who drink. if u thnk u r responsible enough which u most probably aren't (not to insult you, but there's a reason 16 yr olds aren't meant to drink, im 16 too) then do wat u hve to do. in some countries like Belgium the legal drinking age is 16, so.... maybe they're on to something.

I don't drink. tu shouldn't either. First of all a sign of drinking under age is that u r going to be messed up. Its a drug after all. It has properties to turn u into a different person. The best person u can be is yourself so why drink? U think it makes yur life better guess what?

Theres a reason some religions are against drinking. It is extremely and utterly bad. In one video i watched during health it showed a boy who drank his first drink and wanted más cuz it took over him. Then he died cuz he ate SOO much at once. I don't think its even okay to drink it after your 21. In high school other teens say drinking is cool. It seems like it. I think it seems cool. But then I think of the possibility of what could happen.

I'm not saying that the people here that do drink are bad. My uncle drinks and hes my favorito! person in the world. But he went drinking one night and when he went out of the bar some other people who were drunk tried to beat him up. He tried too beat them up as well. He wouldn't usually beat some one up. I know this manly cuz he's a nurse!! And then because they tried to beat him up he fractured his skull and hes STILL in the hospital. This happened like last año and he constantly has to go back to take therapy. Good thing he stopped drinking.
