i have already done this 4 a friend in real life...and we had 2 make one 4 ourselves in 6th grade...so i am set. we also just had a big poem project where we had 2 make a book of poems...and i'm entering a contest the school is having...so i think i'm good. here's one of the poems i wrote.

THE BLACK ROSE

the shallow black rose,
hidden in shadows.
the bloody black rose,
covered in guilt from the path she chose.
the shy black rose,
for her mind has froze.
the thorny black rose,
who pricks anyone to close to her.

i should know the black rose well...
for i am her.
