Best way to get rid of the flu?

Ok so a few hours hace i was sent back from school because i have tha flu. Any ways to get rid of it a bit quicker? Ive got a test wvery día for the rest of the week. Help??

But nevertheless, best thing to do is to really bundle up. Sweating the flu out is the best way to get rid of it. Oh, and drink lots and lots of fluids!
