The appendix is definitely the stupidest. It just sits in your body, does nothing, but if it bursts tu need surgery really badly.

It can easily be a wrong size o shape, and appear almost disgusting.

I don't think any body part is disgusting. Sometimes some people's knees look a bit wonky to me, but that's just me.

I'm pretty much proud of my body, but I suppose your appendix is pretty useless (of course nobody sees it haha, but we don't use it anymore).
