What should i get my bestie for christmas?

I wanna get something really special for my best friend for christmas. I have about $40, but keep in mind i have to buy presents for my mom, dad and bro too. She likes lotion and lip-gloss, and her faviorite scents are lavendarr, vanilla,and sugar cookies. So what should i get her?
