Seriously? I wanted to that with my crush, BUT HE HAS A FRICKIN' GIRLFRIEND AND KNOWS MY HAND WRITING!!!!!! I would write:
Dear (his name),
Its me, your friend!(if he is, if not write secret santa o something, XD and don't write your name for a suprise) I hope tu have a very merry navidad and a happy new year! Sincerely, tu friend / secret santa.......

I KNOW IT SUCKS! IT'S WAHT I WROTE TO MY CRUSH BUT I THREW IT AWAY BECAUSE IT'S DUMB!
