I basically threw Norse Mythology and Midieval culture in a blender with my own imagination, so excuse any inconsistencies from either side.

PLOT: 10,000 years ago, the world was erased from existence. The titans, revived and led by the traitorous god Loki, ravaged both Midguard and Asgard, decimating the human population, and managing to kill many of the gods as well before Loki's eventual death by the hands of Thor and Odin. On top of the earth destroying war between the titans and the gods, Loki's sons-Fenrir and Serpent, join in the fight as well, killing both Odin and thor, though they sequentially die themselves.

In the midst of this war, the servant of the demon god Ragnarok, Tälwark, managed to attain all of the required items to summon the great beast(Thor's hammer Mjonir, Odin's Eye and spear, and Loki's staff). Ragnarok, the great terror, began devouring world after world, pushing the entirety of the universe to extinction. However, the remaining Gods managed to draw on the power of the Universal tree Yggdrasil, creating the sealing box Pandora, locking away the demon after it had devoured seven of the nine worlds. However, they were unaware of the consequences that followed drawing on Yggdrasil's power.

In order to seal Ragnarok away, it's power had to be divided into it's seven purest forms so that it's soul was left too weak to break out of Pandora, the seven deadly sins of humanity. These seven forms, since they contained too much power to seal, were imbued(once more with Yggdrasil's power) into the surviving humans, but because of Yggdrasil's curse, humanity was given the burden on reincarnating the seven sins every generation, along with the fallen gods being reincarnated as well. In the present day, the tales of the war, Ragnarok's destruction, and Pandora's curse have been reduced to nothing but myth. However, there is one man, who goes by the name 'Prophet', who is-along with his ten 'disciples'-attempting to find Pandora, and all of the items to ressurect Ragnarok once again, which were scattered across the earth(with the exception of Odin's eye, which was inherited by Odin's reincarnation).

SETTING: A midieval, Knights and Wizards type setting for earth. There are seven large kingdoms, one for each continent on earth. Knights are the equivelant of 'ninja' in Naruto, and while Combat magic is pretty common among Knights, it's usually the responsibility of Mages to use healing/support magic. A Kingdom is ruled by three major figures(thought he king has the final word). The Wizard, who represents the Mage Population, the Paladin, who represents the Knights, and of course, the king that rules the civilian side, and basically everything else. I'll go into more detail later. As Yggrasil's destroyed worlds were rebuilt, the races of those worlds(Elves, Trolls, Leprachauns, fairies, dragons, cyclopses, etc.) returned as well, so other races besided humans and gods exist, just on other worlds.

The story will primarily take place in the kingdom of Baoill(bay-ole), the kingdom of the third continent.

(The sins possess supernatural abilities, and the natures of these abilities tend to vary. However, usually they are related to their sin. For example, the bearer of wrath would increase in power when in an extreme fit of rage or anger. Or if Pride had their superiority challenged. Basically, if their sin is triggered, their power is amplified. If they have a signature ability, it'd only be triggered in their 'triggered' state.)

(Alright, now I think it's about time I start this RP, so here I go!)

Aiden yawned, stretching out his arms, carelessly strolling along the cobblestone streets that covered all of the Capitol City. He could see why his grandfather enjoyed the few trips he took here, as even now after only being inside the place for a few minutes, he had already seen much more than he saw at the farm. There were elderly, sitting in front of their houses with their old rickety chairs chatting away with each other, there were children running around, laughing and playing merrily, oblivious to the world around them.

There were adults, some peddlers or merchants walking around and advertising their goods to the townsfolk, and others driving carriages through the streets, their passengers dressed in clothing that made him a bit embarrassed to only have on his regular tank top and jean shorts. It was a warm day, though in Baoille that as to be expected as it had a very warm climate, especially during the summer months. The sky was a perfect shade of sapphire, with wisps of clouds in the sky overhead that looked so far away that he could barely tell if they were clouds or figments of his imagination.

Shaking his head, he picked up his pace, heading towards one of the many stands that aligned the sidewalks of the city, their owners loudly informing the public of their goods or telling children not to mess with their merchandise. He had been sent here to by some Chicken Feed from one of the merchants, that was all. He didn't have time to enjoy the atmohere, his grandfather was counting on him, and with all the old man had done, he didn't want to disappoint him, not even a little bit.

Approaching a stand that he noticed had artery short line and had a sign that said 'farming equipment and animal food', he took a spot in line behind a woman and her daughter, a little girl who looked to be about six years old. All seemed to be going routinely in the Capitol city, until suddenly a loud bell drew the far, boy's attention. The bustling city seemed to be just as curious as he was, and also turned to the sight of a man wearing royal garments, ringing the bell as he walked down the street, followed by an equally royal looking carriage.

"Excuse me, people of Baoille! Please make way for our honorable king!" He called out, and suddenly the entirety of the city burst into cheers. Aiden looked on in curiosity, watching the carriage slowly pass through the streets, people who were seemingly in a big rush step aside graciously for it to pass by, seemingly ignoring whatever had previously caused the rush. Aiden's eyes widened when he saw Tht behind the carriage were a few Knights on horseback, their swords strapped to their backs or sides and armor glistening in the sunlight.

"So cool...I'm gonna be a Knight and follow the King's carriage too one day." He muttered, few full of determination, admiring the power and charisma the Knights each exuded.

Garry was always irritated by anything breaking the ambient sounds of the capitol city, the murmurs he could hear, the clanging of metal and wood, the footsteps, these sounds he was always used to as he slept in the sun, was disturbed by the irritating loud ring of bells, followed by a single voice yelling aloud, 2 sounds has silenced all the ambiance, which was then followed by an unfamiliar cheer, his glorious sleep disturbed, he opened his eyes to the bright sunlight.

Garry had been sleeping apon a stack of stones with a drape over them, he sat up to see what had destroyed the lovely ambiance, it was the King's escort... politics, a thing he did not care for, infact, there was many things he did not care for, whether that was his own choice or a result of being a Sin.

Garry didn't stand out much in the crowd, he was wearing mostly loose clothing, a loose black shirt, loose black baggy pants, and some dark black boots, he preferred Blacked as it absorbed the sunlight when he slept, and hid him at night when he slept.

a bright beam of light split the sky in two, in the Elven world of Alfheim, Anim was doing her strange tests again.

Among elves in Alfheim, Anim was the strangest, looking different, thinking different even acting different, this was the 312th test she was doing, in an attempt to either contact the humans, or transport either way, and this time... it worked.

she had no idea who she contacted, a human, with a large magical pool, in the human tongue, these were called 'wizards', she could speak very little of the human language, since she only knew of the Elven Tongue, but somehow, she had made contact with a Human Wizard, she was hoping it would be a Wizard who had access to large amounts of knowledge and books.

she opened her mouth, but it closed again.. she couldn't see the human she and the human could only feel that they were connected.
she opened her mouth again, and attempted to speak English

"h̕u ̢m̵a̧n?́
̸h̛e̢a͘r̸?̕
hu҉ ̡ma̶n̛ h͟ear̕ El͞f̢?̕
Hu̶ ͏m͏an hel̕p͠
h͠e̴lp ͢E͟lf?͠"

she mustered out,
she didn't know if the human on the other end understood that, she was hoping he knew he could reply.

Aiden shook his head again, ridding himself of the increasingly large amount of admirable thoughts on the Knights and his dreams to join them, returning his focus to his original goal of buying some chicken feed for Grandfather. He noticed that the woman and girl were already buying something, though from where he was standing, he couldn't tell where it was. As they left with their purchase. Aiden quickly stepped up, drawing the man's attention from the coins he had been counting.

"Uh, 'scuse me sir, but I'm here to buy some Chicken Feed." He said in his most polite voice. Hoping to get on the man's good side so he might lower the price a bit, whatever the base price was. The man seemed unfazed by his manners, merely nodding and turning away from the boy, looking over his inventory before picking up a large dark green sack, then turning back towards Aiden and placing the sack on the stand.

"That'll be a hundred'n twenty, kid." The merchant said dully, and Aiden nodded, digging into the pockets of his denim shorts and pulling out the required amount of money, before forking it over to the merchant quickly.

"Thank you sir!" Aiden said gratefully, picking up the sack and heading back the way he came, strolling along slowly, hoping to aboard more of the atmosphere in the Capitol city before he returned to the farm.

He scowled as he looked out the window of his small room. It irritated him, 'knights' how they'd prance around on horses in their shiny armour letting the people bask in their 'glory', fighting was noble they said, honourable they swore. Out the window he saw the king's carriage followed by his guard, it was loud, so much that he couldn't read or think for that matter.

"oh, I thought it was something important." he sighed and shook his head looking back down at his book continuing to read. That was until he felt a chill run through his spine, magic was aimed at him he wasn't sure what or where but it was pointed at him, it was like he was near someone but there was none. Looking around proved futile so he stopped and stood silently to feel any change, there wasn't none that was at least until he heard a faint voice.

"h̕u ̢m̵a̧n?́
̸h̛e̢a͘r̸?̕
hu҉ ̡ma̶n̛ h͟ear̕ El͞f̢?̕
Hu̶ ͏m͏an hel̕p͠

It was English but sounded so foreign, he couldn't place why but he was sure it wasn't a natural form. For the moment he was too shocked and stunned to do anything but repeat what he heard.

"hum, an hare?. H-elf, man help?" he stuttered out, half aware he had said anything at all. It didn't make sense just like someone had thrown sounds together to form some 'words'...
hace más de un año BanetteGhosneir said…
Anim was greated by a response, but it doesn't sound as if it was intended towards her
"hum an hare, helf man help"
was what she was replied with, did the human not understand? or was it another language of humans?
she decided to try again, this time holding a book, a 'journal' once written by a human, she read the words carefully, even though she knew she would probably mispronounce these.

"he̢ļp
ho m̕an̢ ̀hel̷p͜
ho ̀ḿan ͝wor̷ld̵

He heard the same voice again, still not sure where it was coming from, but, it was clear that who ever was talking was talking to him. This time the words sounded careful, like someone was reading them.

"he̢ļp
ho m̕an̢ ̀hel̷p͜
ho ̀ḿan ͝wor̷ld̵
͢ho m͞a͟n ͏
̛s̵p͜e͞a̷k҉
̢h͝e͏lp̴
̵el͢f̡"

He could understand but, that didn't mean it made sense, either way this time he knew someone said 'help' and he wasn't going to just forget that.....well he was more curious than anything but that wasn't important

"Help?, you need help, with what?." he he replied, not sure if he'd get any answer. That wasn't the thing that he was interested in, the voice said 'Human World' and 'Elf' which peaked his interests not only because the first meant there was other worlds maybe, but the second 'elf' that was something from a myth he had read about a long time ago.

There was a lot of cheering, shouting, clanking and various other sounds. The ruckus was one of a kind. But despite that, Nexus went on reading. His father used to say he could read through an earthquake and never even look up from his pages. Nexus was on horseback. He had been chsen as one of the knights for the king's patrol. He kept readin, visibly oblivious of everything around him...seemingly.

"I've gotta become a Knight...I just gotta." Aiden said to himself as he approached the gate that separated this bustling city from the endless plains and quiet families with houses spread so many miles apart that you rarely ever saw anyone. The sack would be considered fairly heavy by the average person, but due to his enhanced strength, he was able to carry it with ease, having it carelessly hoisted over his shoulder. Tipping his straw hat downward so that the sunlight, now completely unblocked from the tall trees and buildings that would otherwise loom overhead like a predatory hawk stalking their prey, didn't keep getting in his eyes or force him to squint the entire way home.

The dirt path he was required to take to get between his farm and the Capitol city was typically not very crowded, mainly due to the fact that most tourists were rich nobles who only would enter through the city's front gates, and most families outside the city rarely came here, hence why this was his first time actually entering the place. So naturally, it was a quiet and tranquil walk, save the chirps of the birds or the rustling of any bushes when an animal was scurrying through them. And because of this, when Aiden heard a scream that could have only come from a human girl, he knew that something was very wrong.

anim received a reply, but she didn't understood most of human language, so she tried to read the book, attempting to make sense of the sentence.

Again he heard the voice, although this time it said something different. Worlds?, Midgard and Alfheim?. It seemed that the person who the voice belonged to wanted to know about history, or rather travelling between worlds.

"You want help in jumping to another world?, I read about a way in the past a myth, about a rainbow bridge but it's just a myth." he said to the voice even though it appeared that they knew more about this than him, enough to know that Elves come from Alfheim and the different worlds. It was possible that someone had taken an interest in the myths and wanted to know if magic was the key to finding out if there was such a thing as the 'rainbow' bridge, someone with a clear fixation on Elves.

He was interested in the different worlds and going to, but quickly lost interest that it wasn't possible and just myths.

Nexus looked up sharply from his book. He had heard a girl scream somewhere. Anyone would be baffled that he could hear such a distant scream in the middle of all that noise. His ears could filter sound, keeping only the essential ones and leaving out what wasn't necessary. Without a word, Nexus quickly kept his book and dismounted his horse. He swiftly made his way through the crowd towards the source of the scream.

"I'm on my way! Don't worry!" Aiden called out, having dropped the sack where he had been standing when he head the scream and immediately began heading towards the source of the scream.mthemsite he was greeted with was not pretty in the slightest. It was the same mother and daughter than had been in line with him earlier, and while the woman had been knocked unconscious and was currently lying on the ground, the little girl was wrapped in the arms of what appeared to be a drunken man, who grinned lecheriously at her. Aiden's hands tightened into fists, his nails digging into the skin of his palms as he forced himself to restrain from pounding this sick bastard to a pulp.

"Let her go. Now." He said in a commanding tone, his voice rough. The man cocked back his head and roared in laughter, before tightly squeezing the little girl, a muffled scream escaping her still covered lips.

"I don't take orders from little kids! Now run along and go get your wuss of a father, or better yet, your whore of a mother to tell me what to do!" He roared in laughter again, and that was the last straw for Aiden.

"I'm gonna kill you!" He screamed, charging towards the man in a recklessly mad dash.

He waited for the voice to speak again. Ideas flooding his head, ideas that it might not be that mythical but it was a little far to just accept it to be real. He started to entertain the idea more and more, starting to believe that the voice might not be another fanatic. He sighed and looked out the window, half of him wanted to just accept it but it was too good to be true.

"You seem to really believe that the bridge is real, and you want to travel using it. I'm not going to lie, I have my doubts about it all, the myths are sketchy about them." he crossed his arms and sighed. She was asking for his help, that he knew but to track down something from myth like the bridge seemed impossible.

"Fine, I'll help you. You must really be a Elf fanatic to try looking for the rainbow bridge to go there, but I'll see what I can dig up in the archives" he doubted that the academy had much on this, but it was worth a look, although it seemed children's books might be the closest to any proof. It brought a small smile to his face at that thought.

Anim was relieved, the human was willing to look at their arcane knowledge, she didn't know how to say thank you in the human tongue, so she simply said it in Elven

"Ǹo͡x̛ ̸hi͟ Mun̛"

she picked up her books, as the bright light continued to go into the sky, right now in her world she was in the forest, away from her brethren, she begun walking back towards town, the link would still be active till one side of the party severs it, into town non of her elven brethren spoke to her, she was the outcast... the freak, they all wore silken clothes with gold and silver lining, Anim simply wore a Silk Dress, like in her picture, with Bandages on her right arm.

He turned and looked at his small bookcase, there were a few books but he doubted anything about the bridge would be in there. He needed to look for older text, tomes and grimoires, but even in the dark depths of the archive he doubted there would be much on this matter.

"Lost magic is easier to find than rainbow bridges, perhaps reading the myths again could help" he thought aloud before hearing the voice again, making him feel embarrassed for talking out loud even if the only one who might have heard was a disembodied voice.

"So you aren't just a fanatic but even believe yourself an Elf?. Anim the 'elf' huh, that's a first." he hopped he didn't say that wrong. Whoever this person was they certainly sounded foreign enough, even to the point of having a difficult name to pronounce.

"I'm Ike, pleasure to......hear you Anim" he wasn't sure if they heard him pause but it mattered little to him now, he needed to find out more on this 'bridge' and for the moment the archives was his best bet. Grabing his cloak and putting it on he headed out his room, the archives was next to the academy not to far from where he was staying but it still involved going to through the streets which for today at least had been King and Knight ridden.

it didn't surprise her that the human didn't believe her, but he was helping her, so there was that. she decided to goto their Magical Leaders, although all Elves have a large manapool, much larger than medium level human wizards, the Magical Leaders had the most, almost comparable to Gods, but quite far still, Anim was not one of the leaders, but she herself had almost no limit to control over ground, other elements however, nope. they were the tough ones.

she asked aloud, again, Elves all around stare at her in confusion, as she heads towards a large, white and gold tower, with visible blue magic essence pouring out from small cracks in the old tower.

Nexus arrived in the nick of time. As he did he quickly took in the scene. A woman laying unconscious on the floor, a drunken man gripping a young girl who seemed scared to the point of wetting her pants, and most importantly..... some kid charging recklessly at the drunken man.

And he was screaming...Nexus really hated noisy brats.

Nexus didn't even have the time to stop and shake his head at the boy's foolishness. He didn't slow his pace. He covered the distance between Aiden and him in a few steps. He grabbed the boy by the collar and lifted him off the ground with surprising ease. Then he shook his head.

"If you really wanna get yourself killed, why don't you find a quieter way and something less painful than what you were about to do."

He pause for a moment, the voice wanted knowledge, wanted to know secrets. The voice really thought they were an elf, he had trouble believing that someone could talk across worlds yet not know how to move across them. He shook his head, he'd need to ask how they could do that perhaps with massive amounts of mana but it still would be difficult.

"You have a human journal, is that how you are talking now?. Couldn't you just use the same spell but bigger or something?" he asked, not sure if they understood him but it didn't stop him. Perhaps in the future he'd be able to meet this person and find out if they really are an elf or just a fanatic.

The archives went deep below the city, the lower you went the older the books. It was dark but torches and lanterns were lit, even if they wasn't he could always summon a little light to help him see. it was well guarded but mages and wizards could freely move if it was for there research. He was known to come here often that he helped build the room with a few bunks and cots to stay in over night as people who went to the depths would do.

"Your magic is Lew?, and humans are muns?. I'm not sure that I understand, but if this leader of yours is going to help then it should quicken the pace a little on your end, I have a feeling that both our research would be needed." it was a small feeling but a bridge has two points, the a magical one couldn't be that different.

Aiden's eyes widened at the sudden pressure of his collar being pulled on, then even more surprise upon being lifted off of the ground as if he were a toddler crawling somewhere he didn't belong. However, this surprise quickly gave way to rage, and upon realizing the man's grip was too strong for him to escape, even with his own unchanged strength, his rage gave way to frustration. Turning his head a bit so that he was looking him in the face, his face filled with blood boiling rage. "Let me go! I'm gonna kill that guy! He's messing with innocent people for no reason!" He struggled again, but he was met with the same result of being unable to break the grip the man had on his collar.

"Grrrr! Let me go!" He growled, his eyes flashing red. The drunk man was getting away! He had to break free and make him pay! He felt his rage building up more and more. "LET ME GOOOO!" He screamed again, pulling with all his might, unaware of the strength boost he was receiving due to his anger increasing.

Nexus raised an eyebrow. Though he wasn't going anywhere with all his screaming and pulling, Nexus had the uncomfortable feeling that the kid was tougher than he looked. There was something....peculiar about him....almost evil.

Also, in his entire life, Nexus had never seen someone radiate such rage. When people usually got angry, there was always something at the back of their minds, something like a pulley that could make them snap out of the anger instantly. It could be anything; someone they loved, something they cherished etc. But this kid didn't seem to have such a thing. His rage was wild and unrestrained. Nexus could almost feel the white-hot wrath. That really intrigued him.

Nexus then snapped out of his little daydream when the drunkard began getting away with the little girl. "If you want justice to be delivered then just sit here and watch me rather than making such a ruckus. If you end up killing that man, no matter how much of a filthy person he can be, that would still make you a criminal and then...I would have to kill you myself. I'm pretty sure you don't want that...so now you sit." He said, his voice calm and his eyes steely. He then slammed Aiden down on his butt, forcing him into a sitting position.

Without any waste of time, Nexus turned and bolted towards the drunkard. He moved with the ferality of a wild beast, yet the sharpness of an assassin. He swiftly kicked the man on the ankle, thereby sweeping him off his feet. As the drunkard fell back, he threw the little girl in the air as he swung his arms for anything to grab. Nexus then jammed his elbow into the man's throat causing him to pass out instantly. Nexus caught the little girl in his arms as she fell.

"Woah...." Aiden couldn't help but gape in amazement at the way the man had taken care of the situation in such a methodical manner, dismantled him so efficiently and in such a short amount of time. Quite frankly, it was awe inspiring, even if his opponent had been a drunk bastard who likely couldn't throw a decent punch to save his life. His anger subsided almost as quickly as it had arrived, being replaced by admiration. Though he still was a bit peeved at the fact the man had managed to handle him like a little kid when he was almost sixteen years old, that wasn't relevant at the moment.

"That was awesome!" He beamed, ironically, in a manner similar to how a child would. "Though I still wish I could've beaten that guy up myself." He added thoughtfully, before rising to his feet. "You gotta show me how you did that! Are you a Knight? How did you become a Knight! Do you know how? Can you tell me? Can you teach me awesome fighting stuff?" He bombarded the man he had previously wanted to strangle with questions, almost like he had a split personality of sorts, where on one hand he could be a blood thirsty ball of wrath, and on the other, a bundle of cheerful energy.
hace más de un año mcterra said…
Well, it wasn't obvious that he was a knight, since he was wearing a long cloak that concealed the light suit of armor he was wearing. So he understood that the boy asked him that. And also, no peasant or ordinary man could have done what he just did. But those weren't the things that bothered him most.

Nexus raised an eyebrow, surprised by the sudden change in the boy's mood. "I have just one question for you, kid; are you bipolar or something?"
hace más de un año TAIKAMODO said…
"Huh? Bi-what? It sounds weird, so I don't think I am." He answered cluelessly, having never heard of the term before today. He had a pretty secluded life, living on a farm for the most part, so he never had received a formal education, and lacked knowledge on some subjects, such as vocabulary. Had he known, he still wouldn't have been able to sufficiently answer the question, as he himself had no real answer to his mood swings from cheery to infuriated, and back again within a matter of ten seconds. It would certain be mind boggling to someone who was completely unaware of his....oddity until now.

"Are you a Bi-popular? Is that why you're asking?"
hace más de un año mcterra said…
The kid didn't understand his seemingly big vocabulary. Well, that was to be expected from a peasant boy. Nexus didn't have time to be explaining that to him, if he did, maybe he would have to teach him how to read and write. He looked down at the little girl who had passed out to. He examined her and realized she wasn't hurt. He placed her on the ground next to her mother. He examined the mother too and sighed in relief when he saw that she wasn't hurt badly. She had just been hit on the head. He stood up. "They're both okay. Apart from a little headache, they'll be prefectly fine once they wake up." He turned and began walking away. "I'll send some palace guards to come pick that man up. You should go home kid, and try to avoid picking fights with any stranger you meet, I won't be always there to save your ass."
hace más de un año TAIKAMODO said…
A tic mark grew on Aiden's forehead. "Oi, I didn't ask for your help! You just butted in before I could teach that guy s lesson is all! I could've handled it myself." He huffed, crossing his arms, though he was relieved the woman and her mother weren't seriously hurt. "And besides, I'll be a Knight too one day, and then I'll be saving your ass! You'll see!" He declared, before walking off in the opposite direction, both to retrieve the sack of chicken feed and because that happened to be his way home. Of course, the shorter way back would be the direction that jerk of a Knight was walking in, but he was going to walk his own way back. Otherwise, he would feel like he's lost. Lost what? He wasn't sure, but he just felt like it. Besides, the long way would mean he would have to walk more, and excersise was always a good thing.
hace más de un año mcterra said…
Nexus stopped when the boy said he wanted to become a knight. Without turning back, he spoke. "So you want to become a knight huh? Do you even ralize what that means? Do you think you have what it takes? A knight would've behave the way you did today, thinking he can solve every problem by running in headfirst like some dumb little shit. The rage you muster is way too much. If you became a knight with that type of rage alive in you, you would end up misusing the power you will acquire. You need to be the king and your rage n should be the horse, not the tota opposite thing. If you can't realize that, then you're not fit to become a knight. No matter how strong your resolve is."

Aiden froze, eyes growing wide at Nexus's words. He was I a state of shock for about a minute or two, before an overwhelming surge of rage washed over him, this time even stronger than the first. He tightened his hands into fist, clenching them so tightly his knuckles went white, and his finger nails dug into his skin deep enough to draw blood. He turned back around to face Nexus, his eyes glowing a bloody crimson red.

"I'll become a Knight, and I don't care what you say! If it means saving people, I'll rush into every situation headfirst! I'll be a horse, or a king, or whatever I have to be! I don't care how a Knight's supposed to act, 'cause the only thing that matters is that I help people! Don't you dare tell me if I'm fit to be a Knight or not, because of that's what you think a Knight is, you don't deserve to call yourself one!" He roared, and for a brief moment, a strong gust of wind kicked up around him, blowing back a few barrels and slightly pushing back the woman and her child, still unconscious and lying on the ground.

But then as quick as that had escalated, Aiden felt as if all his energy had been sucked out of him, and in a sudden exhaustion, his eyes returned to their normal onyx color, the wind ceased, and he collapsed to the ground in unconsciousness.

Nexus turned and stared at the boy in disbelief. What the hell just happened? That he couldn't tell. All he knew was that one moment, the boy was screaming at him again, and the next he was radiating some sort of power ...it was overwhelming and threatening, almost terrifying. Just what was that kid?

Nexus' curiosity took over. He had to know more. He picked the boy up and the bag he had been pulling with him and made his way to a nearby inn that he was familiar with.

"Whereami?" Aiden murmured, drowsily yawning and rubbing his head, which felt like it had taken a few blows with a hammer. Made of tortured souls. And then sharpened. Anyway, the pint was that his head hurt. A lot. And he didn't know where he was. His eyes were still closed, as when he tried to squint them open, he had immediately felt a layer of pain jolt through his body. His whole body felt weighed down, like he had weights attached to his limbs, and though it was starting to decrease, the head ache and ringing in his ears was still apparent. He began to remember how whatever had happened to him had actually came about, but it was all kind of fuzzy for him.

He remembered the woman and the girl, that jack ass of a Knight that had helped him, called him bi popular, and then told him that he was behaving like an idiot, and a Knight didn't act the way he did. Then he had started yelling, and that was when it got fuzzy. He couldn't for the life of him decipher what had happened after that.

He sighed, they only knew half of the spell, that's just great. It's something but even if they get one little part wrong then it'll fail, and fail in a really bad way probably. For now he just needed to find a copy of the journal but if someone had this spell and wrote it down, why didn't other people know about it?"

"What is there book called, who is it by?. It could help in finding out if there is a copy on Midgard" he asked, it was a long shot at best if the archives didn't have a copy then maybe another nation. But it was highly likely that even if there was a copy of the book on Midgard, it would be in some old hut or a families treasure, at least that would explain why the spell wasn't public or rather secret known to only the king or something.

"Might I ask how I can prove I am real from just being a voice in your head?, or in your world I'm speaking out loud?. I'll help" he looked up from an old book questioning the voice, before shaking his head on the off chance that he was the crazy one here, perhaps avoiding people to do his research and magic wasn't the best idea for his sanity.

The door of Aiden's room opened and Nexus walked in. "You awake at last." He said as he sat down on a nearby chair. He still had his cloak on, concealing his suit of armor. "Start by telling me who you are and where you come from." He said, more of an order than a suggestion.

Aiden drowsily tried to sit up again at the sight of the man, this time managing to ignore the pain. "The name's Aiden. Aiden Floinn. He explained, clueless as to why he was suddenly being interrogated, but seeing no reason to not answer the question. Apparently 'stranger danger' didn't register in his mind.
