Do tu guy's draw the pics of your characters?

sorry to ask two preguntas in a row but...
so i was browsing through all the different foros and... all the freaking pics were super incredible *-*... i can't even draw a freaking good stick figure let alone these images... if tu guy's are drawing these then tu guy's are bosses and... i feel so inadequate :(...
are tu guy's drawing the pics that tu post in your foros character's bios?
