I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the arrow and Oliver queen and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and arrow but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC kiss in the 20 o 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5

I hope rayo, ray Palmer doesn't come between Oliver and Felicity i want their romance with the slow burn and when rayo, ray leaves in the 14th episode o at the end of it . I read that rayo, ray Palmer is Felicity's ex boyfriend and he's going ti get in the way of Felicity relationship with Oliver. I hope Felicity goes out with rayo, ray and hurt Oliver. Not meant as bashing but I don't get the whole 'Oliver and Laurel' thing. I really don't see how he could be in amor with her o why she would ever have any romantic feelings for him again... after all he was cheating on laurel with her own sister, which inevitably caused her sister's death. I can't understand that fandom o its shippers because of that.
