How do tu feel about people trying to ban naruto from the US?

I'm sure most of tu know that the ending of naruto caused a lot of people to be upset mostly because their favorito! shipping, NaruSaku, didn't happen. There is a petition and it already has over 600 signatures. Death threats have been written to the creator and his assistant. I know this might cause an uproar for asking but I just want to know some personal opinions.

Damnit damnit damnit damnit damnit!!!!! Should not have read that... XD So I take it NaruHina happens then? No, don't tell me - I want SOMETHING to stay a surprise at least. And I was doing so well not to look it up, too... :P

I think it's completely stupid. You really want to ban something from the U.S because your ship doesn't happen? That's completely insane. It's just a manga. Not life.I mean, reallg? The en general, general anime/manga itself was awesome, and because your ship didn't become cannon, it should be banned from our country unless he chamges the entire manga to make tu happy. That's stupid, insane, selfish, and so many other words that I can't say.I didn't know about this until now, but now that I do know, I'm a bit angry about it.

I am on the exact same page with tu on this. I think this protest to ban the manga is ridiculous.

then every time tu try to tell them that they're overreacting, they say since naruhina got their ending, leave them alone. But that isn't it.It has nothing to do with the pairings.Their trying to get rid of my favorito! MANGA, not pairing, and I don't want them too.

I know since I'm a total NaruSaku hater, people are going to think I'm biased in this answer, but I'm not. Even if NaruSaku HAD happened, my answer would be the same: pissed off. How dare anyone send death threats to the greatest manga writer alive (in my opinion)! For such a pathetic reason as well; I sometimes get caught up in the fictional world and have emotional reactions to what happens in naruto as though it were reality, but not to this extent. Jesus... they're trying to ban it from the country? For frig's sake.

I think it is so ridiculous and it should end. If the signers wanted the creator to put NaruSaku in, they don't even have to get it. They just think the creator of the manga has to do whatever they say to "improve" the manga. Let's say this:

If I wanted the creator of the manga to put NaruHina in, and I don't get exactly what I want, do I freak out and suddenly protest to ban the manga? No! I wouldn't! It's just a frikkin manga series, it wouldn't be the end of the world if the fans didn't get what they wanted!

This is my opinion, of course. I still think this petition and this whole freak out of not adding NaruSaku in is so ridiculous.

I didn't like the ending myself but I think they are overreacting about Kishimoto not making NaruSaku happen. Not the best way to mostrar your amor to a good anime and manga.
So it's quite sad of them to try and ban naruto from the US over a ship.

First of all, I'd like to say that it's a bit unfair to point the NaruSaku fans out like this when many NaruHina and SasuSaku fans have done the same thing a long time before naruto ended and no one reacted.

Second, I don't get why naruto should be banned. I'm a big NaruSaku fan myself and I hated the ending, but sinking this low is just...embarrassing.

Third, I can't believe that many fans keep fighting. Some NaruSaku fans are overreacting over the ending (By overreacting, I mean crying etc.) while some NaruHina/SasuSaku fans mock the NaruSaku fans. And the "nice" words haven't changed.

I thought that the fighting would stop once Kishimoto had finished the manga, but I was apparently wrong.
Maybe people just need some time to calm down.
But I'd still like to ask all NaruSaku, NaruHina and SasuSaku fans for help to tell me what the point of the fighting is.
Including the fans who don't fight.
Because I don't get how people can make such a big deal because of something like this when there are much más important things in life than fighting over fictional characters.

(Immature) naruhina fans:So happy their ship is now cañón keep flaunting it in the face of narusaku fans and taunting them. Then their being hypocritical, as many of them are just as crazy over their ship, and every time a narusaku says something, they start I l

Cl246 / To be honest, it's not those kind of NaruHina fans who are the problem. Bullies o not, no one deserves getting hate messages such as "I wish tu to die" o "I hope tu get raped" only for liking/not liking a certain pairing. NaruSaku fans don't deserve it, NaruHina fans don't deserve it, no one deserves it. Death and rape is nothing to joke about and wishing it to happen to fans because of a damn pairing is unacceptable. Those are two examples of what some SasuSaku fans are sending to people who don't like the ending o naruto Gaiden, not just to NaruSaku fans. A bit too much, isn't it?

I'm sort of in the same boat. I have a few más episodes til I get to Shippuden. The manga has ended, and I guess there have been overly unsatisfied fans, to say the very least.

Well, I think the anime is continuing. I know there are 17 seasons of naruto Shippuden, and I'm not sure if it will continue after that. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

The idea to ban naruto is ridiculous. Not having your pairing canon is not something to send death threats for. But the ending of naruto isn't only disliked por the NaruSaku fans, and not just because NaruSaku didn't happen. There's much more.
There are lack of reasons, plot holes that haven't been filled, characters development ruined and many más and that's what's truly dissapointing.
But many of problems with characters mostly spins around the endgame pairings. Some reasonable SasuSaku and NaruHina fans are also angry and they have every right. I would't have anything against those pairings if what was made of them didn't dissapoint me so much.
I mean Sasuke suddenly married to Sakura after many murder attempts and that he clearly stated how he feels. After mostrando so many scenes of Sakura's one-sided selfish love, and was about to kill him.
And NaruHina was an acceptable pairing. But having to make a movie after the ending to compensate for the lack of development and for filling the plot holes is sad por itself. Dedicating a whole movie to a amor story that includes changing Naruto's story of his lonely existance with filler flashbacks that include Hinata, having naruto fall into genjutsu to fall in amor with her... Instead of mostrando the village's progress after the war, solving problems with the Hyuuga's and resolving the Uchiha massacre... they present us a cheap amor story that they couldn't even develop the right way. It's like it has all been swept under the rug just for a fanservicing amor story that makes no sense. If NaruSaku had happened eveything would be reasonable. Sakura wouldn't be degraded to a 12-year old fangirl, naruto wouldn't be giving up on his nindo.
The rushed ending where Sasuke, a victim of genocide, wanted to avenge his family, and was angry about the people who took their lives. It hurts to see Sasuke, admiting his actions as sins and going on a redemption around the world for who knows how long... yeah Sasuke how dare tu stand up to your opressors! In the last chapter he was shown still wandering, still trying to atone for his sins, nobody knowing anything about the Uchiha massacre o what Itachi did. And in the end apparently he ends up with a fangirl who he never cared for in that way, who he tried to kill, who failed to understand him, somebody who never outgrew her selish love. He deserved happiness.
But it seems that none of the characters are happy. everybody was shown sad, nobody actually fulfiled their goals. And that's sad for a mostrar that teaches to never give up. It has shown all the characters as they were when the war ended. They all had dreams. naruto became Hokage but he failed to bring Sasuke back, he failed to cut the cycle of hatred which he promised to Minato, Nagato, Jiraiya... I'm very dissapointed por the ending because a mostrar that we loved so much ended in such a rushed way, never reaching the sole purpose, the characters we amor so much left nothing más but a wasted potential.

Actually this is news to me and I think that those who are planning to ban naruto Shippuden just because a couple didn't turn out in the end are being overdramatic, Mainly since its a great anime and just because it didn't turn the way people wanted it doesn't mean they should cancelar it.

Besides I kind of thought that the NaruSaku couple wouldn't turn out mainly since even though naruto loves Sakura, she still has deep feelings for Sasuke, even when his corazón was engulfed in Darkness.

That is just beyond stupid and unnecessary. I mean, what the hell?! Just because their ship didn't happen doesn't mean they threaten one of the best mangaka & his editors! They weren't even naruto fans, just Narusaku fans! Narusaku didn't even have much of a chance to become cañón so it shouldn't even be a shock naruhina happened. So screw Narusaku and those butthurt Narusakus! Hm. >.>
