Is there a possibility to watch skins 4 online? Right after it started? (like youtube o something like that). o does E4 load them up right after? - Otherwise I have no chance to watch it right then.. ;_; I'm from germany.. so pleeee~ase help me!

tu should be able to watch in YouTube, in small pieces. I watched the whole 3rd season on YouTube since I was too curious to wait for it to be shown in Finland :)
I used to watch skins episodes from YouTube user "Amorium", he has clear and good versions. Look for him and subscribe him and you'll be able to watch the new episode several hours after it's released :)

E4 uploads the episodes right after they are shown too. They did it with the first 3 seasons: link They are in high quality so it's a pretty good way to watch the episodes also. :)

the E4 thing doesn't work if you're not in the U.K.!! That what i figured out though, i'm from france and it doesn't work and now in canada and still does not work!! But tu have pretty good streaming website as surfthechannel.com o link ( well, this one is french, so you'll have to teach your eyes to not read the subtitles, lol )

on youtube theres this guy richardf921, he has most seasons and its pretty good quality
i duno how fast he'll get it on but yeh hes good.
Season 3 hasnt even come out in australia yet!!
