This is Royal Shade. As in the shade of blue in his mane his parents say. Being born in canterlot (in spite of the large amounts of unicorn citizens) he has a slight British accent in his voice. Being only a potro, colt he has a bit of a hard time staying still. His cutie mark is of a black and red skateboard. The mane thing about him is that he is also Fluttershy's cousin that she constantly worries about the dangerous stunts he does.
