If Vulcans have green blood, then why isn't their skin tone affected?

It is. They have the tiniest tinge of green to their skin.

I don't know about tu but I'm brown not rosado, rosa and I have red blood so... Their veins hold the blood (like humans) so it doesn't effect their skin
