well, to me he is a GOOD director. my fave director is Peter Jackson (lord of the rings, lovely bones, king kong, district 9). but James Cameron is cool. Steven Speilburg is a good director. i love 'Schniders List' and 'Saving Private Ryan'.

that James Cameron was inspired to do Avatar after watching Lord oF The RIngs (my fave movie). when watching it, he wanted to make a CGI movie just like LOTR.
