The 17-year-old estrella insists finding fame in Hannah Montana didn’t change her dramatically because she had lead such an unconventional lifestyle because of her famous father Billy rayo, ray Cyrus.
“I didn’t really know anything else. Because of my dad, I was always inicial schooled, I would go on tour with my dad,” she said.
“I didn’t really know what a ‘normal’ life was. So when people ask me if I miss it, tu can’t really miss anything tu don’t know. I never really was just a kid, I guess.”
The singer-and-actress also claimed she is “proud” of how well she manages to cope with her heavy workload.
“I’m really proud of what I’ve done. I was a little nervous at first that it was going to be too much, but I’ve had a really good time and I think it’s been easier than I thought,” she said.
I worked for five years on something that was a character where I didn’t really get to be completely the creative person that I wanted to be so at this point I did the work that I had to do. I had to kinda make my money and do all that so now I don’t have to worry about necessarily any of that. I can just make música because I amor it. It doesn’t have to really be driven by, ‘I wanna build up my fan base,’ because I have an amazing fan base that’s followed me.
