Michaels death is being judged por how he slept???!!!

well i read something that Michael used to sleep with his eyes open,saying that when he took the propofol drug his pupils were dilated. this will be part of the defence for doctor Murray. the court will take in all the significant others(lisa-marie,debbie and nanny grace) in Michael life to talk about his drug abuse and behaviour.
The defence is trying to clear Dr murray saying that Michael killed himself por accident por self-injecting a fatal dose of anaethetic,and this prompted a corazón attack.
The defence is trying to get Murray out of the picture,and personally i dont think its right...im not sure what killed michael but this wasnt an accident for sure.
i just wanted to know what tu guys thought about it:)
