One, is Macrobiotic cooking, the diet and way of life. tu can take classes in how to use Macrobiotic Cooking. Eat plenty of miso, and have as much miso soup, as tu can.
The second, is Dr. Johanna Budwigs protocol of lino, lino de la seed oil and lino, lino de la seed, mixed with quark and other foods.
Her book, which includes recipes, is excellent.
Do not have any más chemo o radiation, as it kills not only unhealthy cells, but the good ones. It destroys your immune system.
