Insomnia vs Internet?

I use my computer almost every day, several hours a día and I believe the line between not being able to sleep and being willing to sleep has become blurred and undefined. Unless tu actually know stuff, I'm just a misceláneo kid that doesn't know that much about the human body, hasn't been to college, doesn't have experience with any medical... anything.
However, I'm curious, could I have insomnia, o do I just stare at screens too much? I usually fall asleep around 9, maybe 11 if I'm busy with homework o something keeps me up(Mom, could tu please stop working evening shift and waking up our pets?). I wake up at 6:30 on school days, if we have days off I sleep in until 9-11. However, my concern is that I frequently wake up around 3-5 am for about 30 minutes, I'm assuming this isn't normal for most people, and I literally cannot remember the last time I was not tired waking up.

Asking the internet for consejos since doctors say I can't use electronics más then and hours(no kid is gonna watch one episode of their favorito! TV mostrar and go play outside... espically when they have the infinity of the internet, and they get frostbite outside for más then a few minutes, but aside from entertainment, it's going to take me longer then an hora if I have to research and type an essay o some equally tedious task, like escritura a short essay in German.
