Ginny, she is strong willed fiesty, a lot like me, a country girl... goodness I'd take forever going about why I like her. Then
Luna, she is just completely awesome probably just as endless describing her. I like her almost as much as I like Ginny.
Thirdly would be Hermione, great character still, she is just a few points down from the other two I'm afraid.

Though I do amor them all.

Luna- Because she is unique, creative and awesome. Shes not afraid to just be her. Shes just amazing character in so many ways. Also shes cute and I amor her voice in the movie.
Hermione- Shes smart, talented and I amor her with Ron. Shes also brave. I like that shes also outspoken. She is also very pretty.
Ginny- eh shes ok. Just not really my favorite. She does have some good things about her though like when Harry left she continued to learn spells and shes strong and good with magic.

Luna - She's completely mental. I amor it. XD Luna is unique, honest, and a complete non-conformist. She's my segundo favorito! character in the fandom.

Hermione - I amor her development from the dorky little girl to a brave, strong woman. I amor that, although she changes both physically and mentally over the course of the books, she keeps standing up for what she believes in and never gets her head out of those books.

Ginny - Ginny is my least favorito! character out of everyone in Harry Potter. Quoting Helena Bonham Carter, "Perfection is completely overrated." The fact that Ginny is this perfect little Mary Sue makes her boring and uninteresting to me.

Luna, because she's so different and totally awesome. She's smart and has the ability to think about things differently. she has a pure and kind heart..she's the one who believed..

Ginny, because she's strong and courageous. She looks reserved but has a smart personality. Plus, she was so crazy about Harry, she always stood up for him. that's really sweet

Hermione- I like Hermione but i'm not so fond of her. Just that i prefer Luna's personality to her's.

1. Luna - she's so quirky and unique. She sticks to her beliefs no matter how weird people think she is and how they treat her. She's my favourite HP character.

Then Hermione and Ginny are pretty much equal. Their ranking varies.
