well this is really a matter of opinion, i amor gerrard and i am amassive liverpool fan but there were players abck then who were just as good if nor better than gerrard.
The times does a brillaint articulo in which they give their opinion on the 50 greatest liverpool players and Kenny Danglish comes first, which i thought would be the most likly to take the number 1 spor, gerrard is 2nd as he is a spectacular player!
