Hi there everyone. I've recently wanted to make an articulo about WHY I like Kikyou. Now,I will try NOT to compare her in any way to Kagome. So...yeah. Lets get started!~

Okay,Kikyou isn't some man-stealing woman o anything like that. She has never been able to live her life like a normal woman. Having to protect the village and the jewel. Her life wasn't exactly easy. She was well-respected yeah. But,I think she was truly happy when she met Inuyasha. She was in amor with him. She was able to open him up to humans. inuyasha never really trusted humans. Being a hanyou and all that. Kikyou is...

Kikyou is a priestess from the Warring States Era. She is a very powerful Miko with incredible archery skills. She once guarded the Shikon no Tama and maintained its purity. Demons from all over tried to steal the jewel from her, but she killed them all. Until one day, a half-demon named inuyasha tried to take it from her in order to become a full demon. She refused to kill him because he was half-human. So instead, he followed her around, and before anyone knew it, they had fallen in love.

Kikyou was blessed with supernatural powers and therefore, could not live the life of a normal woman....
