I liked it because it was so cheery. But I was very young when I saw it, probably around 6 years old. I didn't know who he was until I saw Pirates of the Caribbean 1.
Either Edward Scissorhands o A nightmare on Elm Street. I liked them both. I was also really young when I saw them like 10 o 12. I can't remember why I liked them. But I still like them, to this day.
I don't remember exactly which was the first..Sleepy Hollow o Edward Scissorhands. I was very little then and even didn't know Johnny. But I exactly remember the movie which drived me crazy and made me a total Depphead:)That was POTC1. I was 12 when saw it..I even can't say why I loved Jack so much, it was like "BOOM!'' and I realised that I amor him<33
Wanna know something? i don't even recall what it was! i've been watching his cine for so long i can't remember what the first one was. Possibly Charlie and the chocolate factory though. That came out when i was young
I think it was charlie and the chocolat factory, i liket really much... but then i wasn't a big fan of Johnny, but i liked him.... but now I amor HIM <3 <3 <3
Edward Scissorhands when I was 8. :) I liked it because it felt different than other movies. Mmm, the Burton-style... :P Oh and I was in amor with Edward for years, lol. (Not Johnny, only his character).
I think the first film I saw was Pirates of the Caribbean and I loved everything about it, especially Captain Jack Sparrow!!! ;) Now I hate Elizabeth Swann...
Sleepy Hollow, I loved how gótico and beautiful it was, as well as how hot Johnny looked in it!!! i really found his characterization of Ichabod grua, grúa really endearing and cute
The first movie I watched was Charlie and the chocolate factory and I do not know why I find a Psycho-like chocolate factory owner there.I just found him hot and that's where this JD craze started...<3
mine was Pirates of the Caribbean, but I was like 5 6 somewhere round there, I dont know. I didnt get it because I was so young, I didnt dislike it though. Probably the one I got first and remebered and liked was Charlie and the chocolate factory, :D thats a good one, hes really weird. But right now Ive been watching his old movies, Im even watching 21 jumpstreet tv show, :) Im catching up on old Johnny. :)
Nightmare on Elm calle - loved the movie - Englund's Freddie is class - the epitome of an antihero! Didn't really notice Johnny - he was más cute then and not my cup of té - looks wise. The film certainly didn't showcase his actuación skills - which made him attractive to me later. It was his 1st film though and thankfully he grew and never gave in to the Hollywood machine and chose his own path - quirky and not obvious blockbuster. amor him now - loved Nightmare .... then but not him so much. Ramble over hehehe!!! Stevie
I'm not sure, but I think is Pirates of the Caribbeans 4, which I saw at the cinema. I absolutely loved it! It's still one for my favorito! films of him. :D
Charlie and the chocolate factory. That's when I fell in love. The movie is really great. The songs in the film are amazing. Tim aparejo, burton is brilliant and Johnny as Willy is both hot and funny
Cry Baby; which was coolly vintage, but a spoof. He was dreamy onstage. Edward Scizzorhands was awesome & the soundtrack magical. Johnny was gorgeously goth, & played the innocence of a mad scientist creation so well. My favorito! scene was the sculpture in snowfall dance. Wow; & I watched the música video repeatedly... Ingenious! The otherworldly quality is a refreshing element. What's Eating Gilbert uva was so slice~of~life to be sadly believable. It reminded me of the Grapes of Wrath, por Steinbeck; only más modern... very back~woodsy & well~done. Although it was evocative of empathy & acceptance of the shortcomings of loved ones; I found it a little depressing. I am affected too deeply por melodrama, & normally avoid such cinema. I only watched it to see Johnny! Then there was Benny & Joon... Juney Moon. Although steeped in stark realism; its quirky talented exuberance was exquisitely bright as the stars within. Scene after scene, the perfect compliments played; in spontaneous & unique fashion worthy of simultaneous laughter & tears. And, of course, Johnny does Chaplin better than Chaplin... although, admittedly; the movie 'Chaplin' was great, as well. Who wouldn't amor the housecleaning? He made it seem so fun, like the artist he is. It was quite romantic & loving. I must say that Depp makes a great ghost & pirate; yet, the Willie Wonka character grossed me out... as did the movie. I can make a better Wonka Bar. I loved him in Chocolat. Only Johnny can draw me to see a violent movie... o used to, rather. I avoid such nowadays. I could swear he was at the annual Texan festival, [Keep Austin Weird] Eeyore's Birthday Party. I'll fetch the photo.
