Generation Xers = Generation X'ers = People born during what Americans call "Generation X".

Not sure if you know what that means, but people generally refer to "Generation X" as people who were born roughly between the years 1960 and 1980 (give or take a few years). They immediately followed the "Baby Boom" as soldiers were returning from WWII.

Sooo, going by this, what I took from Ausiello's spoiler is two-fold. 1.) He deftly sidesteps the Huddy question (BOOOOO!), and 2.) We are going to see some iconic figure that people from "Generation X" will easily recognize. Doesn't sound like anything worth getting excited about.

However, Barbara Barnett's interview with LE alluded to the idea that yes, there is a major issue concerning Cuddy at the hospital and House helps her with it. I think this will work to begin the bonding process between House and Cuddy once again...

I looked at the cast list and I don't see anyone listed that I recognize and YES, I am a genXer. Maybe someone will be on there that isn't listed in the cast. ; )

Yeah, who knows. I'm not sure they always list everyone who appears, especially if they are trying to use it as a surprise. For example, I don't think Michael Weston was listed in the cast list for "Known Unknowns" (though his name was featured in the opening credits).
