I don't mean to sound... racist... But the thing that bugs me about American tv programming is that they market themselves internationally, yet they really only think about their local ratings. They really do need to start looking at international ratings and online viewing and they would probably be pretty happy with how many people are viewing their shows.

That wasn't very relevant to this link. I just felt like ranting about it though.

Seems like a BS article to me.
