Way to start the actual debate that we haven't really had on this spot yet XD

All houses are important, but "best" is all relative. We all have different standards, morals, ethics, criteria, and can therefore never agree on the "best" house.

However if we're going to talk about the most IMPORTANT house, I think we'd all choose Gryffindor, if we were being honest. Sure Claws and Puffs are important too, and of course if you want to make the story INTERESTING you need the Slytherins, but without the Gryffindors ARE the main characters.

So yeah. We're never going to actually be able to decide on the best house, and this pick certainly won't give an accurate representation of the "best" house since everyone will just vote for their own house. And I believe there are more Gryffindors here than anyone else. Or possibly Puffs.

This seems pretty obvious to me. ;)

Gryffindor is awesome. But I also think that Lexa is right. I think all the houses are important, since there are FOUR founders of Hogwarts whose houses are all named after them and value different qualities in people. None of the houses are better than the others. Of course I think Gryffindor is the best because I'm in Gryffindor House, but everyone who is not a Gryffindor disagrees with my views. This is based on relative opinion, not on facts and thus has no right or wrong answer.

Well, Ravenclaw has yet to play a major card yet, Ravies are the smartest, so I think we would know which house is the best (I'm jk btw, all of the houses are important)

In my opinion, Ravenclaw is the best. Not that I hate every other house, it's just for me Ravenclaw shines as the best.
