What's Kumajirou's gender?

I'm making a video on my parte superior, arriba 10 favourite hetalia characters and on my slides about Canada I want to mention Kumajirou but don't want to use the wrong pronoun. Is Kumajirou a boy o girl o does he(?) not have a specific gender?
