As I read the graphic novels, during Volume 4 she was helping Micah and the rest of the Rebellion team (West, Abigail and Sparrow) to locate Monica with her ability. Claude also helped too. And when they done their job in finding her,the Rebellion team went to go save her. Claude took in Molly to look after her. It is currently unknown where they are now. But my guess is in NY, since we first meet Claude in NY back in Season 1. I hope this has helped you! :)
