Why was the episode "Turn and Face the Strange" called that?

I think that the line it refers to was "turn and face the strange, ch-ch-changes" which may relate to the individual characters storylines. Maybe it is linked the the potential villainous Claire o the changes in (future and present) Peter, Niki, Angela and HRG's plots within the episode! Hope this helps.
