An ASBO, if I remember correctly, restricts the actions that a ASBO-ee can take. They might, for example, give a curfew, or ban them from the areas they have caused trouble in.

They put things on their ankles that track them I think. But they don't work. Most people who get an ASBO see it as a badge of honour, and so the more a person has, the higher they rise in the chav community.

And, for the record, the Libdems have had more laws passed than if they had not formed the coallition. Plus, the Conservatives do have some important points (like keeping EMA, not having to pay off student loans till you're twenty one, lower national insurances and cap on immigration) x

I have a question:

In DH, in the picture, Harry is whizzing around the room on his broomstick which means he can support himself. He'd be about 1-2 years old. But also in DH, Hagrid said Harry fit in the palm of his hands when he first picked him up. I know Hagrid is a giant, but how is a toddler able to fit in his palm? Is he a bit smaller than usual in the movie? I'm a bit confused!
