I think Hans and Elsa have some similarities. They are lonely people. Elsa was isolated because of her ice powers while Hans was isolated because his 12 older brothers ignored him. They use gloves to hide their true themselves. They have switched roles: Hans thought he was the hero of Arendelle, but he wasn't and Elsa thought she was the villain.
